What is Essentrics®?

Essentrics® is a dynamic movement workout that is simultaneously challenging and healing. It rebalances, lengthens, and strengthens muscles, it decompresses and liberates joints for greater range of motion and freedom of movement, it reduces chronic pain, and it helps to prevent injuries by improving balance and posture.
